When can I access my storage unit?

You have access 7 days a week from 6am to 10pm.

What documentation do I need to reserve a unit?

A valid driver's license or federal ID with a photo is required to lease a unit. 

How long is the move-in process?

The move in process should take 5-10 minutes and can be completed under the tab "Rent Storage". If you have any trouble or concerns please call. We are happy to help :) 

Am I required to store long-term?

How and when can I make a payment?

You can make your payments online or at the facility during office hours. We accept credit and debit cards. You can also set up autopay to have your payments automatically charged to your credit card or add an ACH to your online account. 

Do you offer boxes and other packing supplies?

Yes, we do. We currently sell locks, boxes, tape and a variety of other moving supplies at our facility.
