Question: How much does it cost to store my belongings?
Answer: We have twelve different size units beginning at 5 x 10 to 12.4 x 50.  Please contact us or stop by we will fit you to the right size based on your inventory.

Question: Can we store our boat or RV in your storage?
Answer:  Yes.  Our large storage units have the capacity to hold large watercraft, large RV's Motor Homes, vehicles. Smaller units, climate control or regular units are great to store motorcycles, ATV's, canoes, etc.

Question: Are there specific hours when we can access our belongings?
Answer: Our office hours are 8:00am-6:00pm Monday - Saturday closed on Sunday.
Tenants have access from 6:30am - 10:00pm seven days a week.  Mangers live on
premises if there is an emergency after office hours we are happy to help.

Question: Is the property safe?
Answer:  We have several security measures in place.  We also live on site and monitor the facility 24 hours a day. We do our very best to keep your items secure and safe from the elements.

Question: I want to store electronics and items that are better off with not being subject to the extremes of Utah weather, is there a place to house these items?
Answer: Absolutely.  With our climate-controlled units, winter months are 60 degrees and summer months are 75 degrees.  Our climate-controlled units are very comfortable and clean.

Question: Do you offer discounts for long-term storage?
Answer: With us, loyalty goes a long way.  Please contact our office staff to receive a storage quote for your long-term storage needs.

Question: Do I have to sign a contract for a specific amount of time or can I rent month to month?
Answer:  With the exception of long-term storage arrangements (and their associated discounts) all storage units are rented on a monthly basis.

Questions: Can I store hazardous materials?
Answer: No, it is unlawful to store any HAZMAT labeled or unlabeled goods in private storage facilities.  Any items or substances considered unlawful are not permitted on the premises.

Question: Do you match prices with other storage facilities?
Answer: We strive to be very competitive and will take each situation into consideration.

Question: Do you provide storage materials? 
Answer: We have an on-site storage supply store located in the office.  We have for your refreshment water and treats free.
